How long does it take for my custom PC to ship?
Each Build Redux PC is hand-assembled and rigorously tested. Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days, followed by standard transit time based on your selected shipping method.
Do you offer a warranty on your builds?
Yes, every Redux build includes a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty to ensure your system remains in peak condition.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for systems in their original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I upgrade my PC in the future without voiding the warranty?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard components that allow for easy upgrades. While adding your own parts doesn't void the warranty on our original components, we cannot cover damage caused by third-party hardware.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as financing options through Affirm to help you get your build now and pay later.
How do you ensure the PC isn't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized internal foam packaging that molds to your components, preventing movement during transit. Each system is double-boxed with heavy-duty materials for maximum protection.
