At Build Redux, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your high-performance gaming PC. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your system in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to prevent hardware damage during transit; ensure all accessories and cables are included.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the system to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
